Debb's personal story of a life raised in the ghetto of Philadelphia, PA reminds her audience of the power that lies within and our ability to achieve excellence, to live an abundant life and to serve others. She believes that when we embrace our individual passion, power and purpose, and when we strive to empower one another, we become a collective force that will have a positive impact on our world, affecting generations to follow.

Debb works with the San Antonio Independent School District Office of Academics and Family & Community Engagement as the Resource Planning Manager. She has also been involved in the fashion industry since her early teens and has done extensive modeling on a national level, including magazine and newspaper print, television commercials, runway shows for various clothing companies and some of Americas celebrated designers. She accepted an invitation to appear on the runway during the world-renowned New York Fashion week and served as a Photo Movement and Runway Instructor for the Wilhelmina Modeling Agency. She continues to model on a limited basis, however her passion is the encouragement and the empowerment of the universal woman to reach for the rediscovery of their best selves while encouraging others to do the same.

Debb has authored numerous books - "Father Knows Best", "Celebrate U: The Phenomenality of U", "STYLE On The INSIDE" and the "LIVE LIFE Mastermind Series" of devotional workbooks. Each page-turning book teaches life-changing lessons in a unique way that will leave the reader wanting more. Her books have been used as classroom study guides as well as lecture themes and workshops.
